In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces delivered via our white-glove service usually arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the continental United States. We are looking into international expansion for our smaller decor items in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that large furniture items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Yes, we prioritize FSC-certified timber and reclaimed materials across our entire collection to ensure your home is as eco-friendly as it is beautiful.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For freight deliveries, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
